This project centered around the removal and replacement of the existing alloy curtain walling system, construction of a new pitched roof and the stripping out and refurbishment to the entire office and welfare areas of the building and installation of a new fire escape system. 

The total project duration was 8 months which took into account the sensitive nature of removing all of the AIB (asbestos) panels under notification. dd
