Project brief

• Cat scan, locate and re-direct existing services within bank,
• Excavate existing bank, segregate waste and removal from site.
• Management and execution of Temporary Works and Temporary Works Designs.
• Install sheet piles to perimeter of excavations.
• Form new steel reinforcing and formworks for new 3.5m high RC retaining wall excavate and pour 3m deep foundations,
• Construct new steel framed 2 storey OHL building consisting of offices, stores and workshops.
• Construct new foul and grey water pumping station.
• Fit out new building including M&E works and handover to client.

Project duration 9 months.
